Default Revamped Tees!!! (Pic heavy!!!) - 04-11-2008, 03:54 AM

I've been dying to make some clothing every since I have heard of threadbanger and started watching it.........so I finally did!! Yay me........lol. I used one of my dad's old button up shirts that had these cool vertical brown and cream lines. I fixed up two old graphic tees.

I just cut the collar and the button thing off my dad's shirt to add flair to this tee. The collar isn't exactly centered........lol.......

Here is the shirt on my body form Andria.........yes my body form has a name

On me

This shirt required a bit of more work than the previous because it is made to fit an eight year old. I used a long sleeve graphic tee and some more of my dad's old shirt. I cut the sleeves off and then made the arm holes bigger. I shortened my dad's sleeves, so that they fall right above the elbow and sewed them onto the shirt. I also added some pizazz to the front because the graphics had faded. I cut out a heart design and sewed on a patch inside the shirt so the fabric would show through the slits. Then I outlined the heart....oh and I added elastic to the bottom of the shirt......so I hope you like it!!!

Here is the shirt on me

Thanks for looking at my pics. Comments are welcomed!!!!

I really like the first shirt, alot! On the second shirt I would take it in on the sides becuase for me (and this is just my opinion so disgard at will) mid-drift shirts look better when they are fitted. Great job though!
