Even more alchohol will take it off as well-that's why it's used to blend. it almost...melts? (idk the word for it) the sharpie, so if you use enough it will also remove it.
However....baby wipes wont dry out your skin, and not all baby wipes are alcohol based. I use them for larp makeup removal all the time
I found out the other day that you need to use the actual sharpie brand markers to get this to work. I didn't have a place to sold sharpies near me so I just bought some markers from an art store and they really didn't work as well.
One of my friends grabbed me the markers from where she works and then we are going to get a bunch of people together to have a 'sharpie tattoo party'. (What can I say, I live in a very boring city. We need to make our own fun here.)
