Default my first sewing project! - 11-04-2009, 04:59 PM

So the last time I sewed something was back in 8th grade...but I've been doing cosplay and wanted to start making my own costumes/outfits. so I started off small. I made a rave top to wear to my next con. I just used a simple bikini top pattern.
My friend helped me out,but I did all the sewing! I am so proud...and I have started on new tops, going to start on skirts soon...please tell me what you think!

umm I have other fabric I am doing this with, so I might snap a few shots and put them up here after. I got the fabric at Jo Anne's, I couldn't help myself! I also have some rainbow, cherry and solid colors I want to do. The only pain is turning the fabric inside out with the strings! I'm so glad I did a good job, thank you for the wonderful comments!
