Do you have a sleeping bag in the backseat? you could make a decorative cover for it. You could also buy/make over-the-backseat organizers. You could have boxes to hold stuff to slide under the seats. And of course you can always put storage boxes in the trunk.

If you don't have many people who sit in the back, you can always turn the feet area into a 'storage bin' for random things like books, work, art supplies, etc. (You can get cheap, but cute storage containers at Dollar Tree)

And I like lunarjade's suggestion about curtains~ if your time inbetween shifts is sometime during the day, curtains would help you fall asleep faster since it'll block the sun.. at least most of it.

EDIT: Sorry about the double post ^^;;; I don't know how I accidently posted this again but as a quote. If it's not gone already, hopefully it will be soon. (It said it has to be approved by an admin?)

If duct tape, a band aid, superglue, or safety pins can't fix it, you have a big problem.

^^thats a tutorial on how to make a car organizer.

you should always keep a pillow and a blanket in your trunk, especially now that its getting a little chillier.
keep a couple water bottles back there too.
you could get a little clip on light for reading so you dont have to turn on the light in the car.
maybe put some glow in the dark stars on the ceiling for when you go to sleep at night :]
you could keep some snacks in there.
keep some makeup remover wipes incase you need some refreshing up to do. it doesnt replace washing your face, but its the next best thing.
keep some travel size toothpaste and mouthwash. you can rinse with the water bottles in the back.
travel size deodorant and body spray?
a little hairbrush and some hairbands will come in handy for when you wake up
hope it helps, and good luck!

Make sure you change up the water bottles during hot months, bottles will leak bad stuff into your water if they get too hot/too hot too often!
