Skullfinity Ruffle Skirt

So, after I made my ruffle bum skirt my mom bought me this fabric to make another.
But I decided that I wanted the ruffles all the way around instead of just on the bum.
I thought it would turn out too small but it fits perfectly :]
I didn't use a pattern (I hardly ever do) and I just winged it.
I love it, pretty much.

it isn't as ruffly as I wished but I like it all the same. (Its got a bit more ruffle in real life, that isn't shown in the picture for some reason)
Trial and error I guess.
