i'm really nervous just based on the fact that i don't have any "professional" experience. but maybe the fact that i have a huge passion for it and i've been sewing all my life will help me.

he he! well if you emphasized on your fabric/sewing passion in your resume, and your 'self teaching' abilities, this can only be good for you. I really hope you get the job, doing something that is not a burden is a good start against burn-out!!! (trust me on that one :p)

My Nana, many years ago, was the head of a costume department. My barbies had the best dresses, made from scraps of costumes! I still have some of the velvet capes and taffeta gowns she made for me (well, for my barbie)

She and my mom are definetely my inspiration for sewing and craftiness
