This is my first post, so please be patient while I figure this all out!

This is a costume I made using a blue tarp from the local hardware store. The "bra top" is made from screen food covers. The PBR jewelry is made from a 24oz can of PBR, I cut the logos out and backed them with felt for safety. The fur boots are actually covers I made to go over existing boots. The hair piece is made from synthetic curly blue hair tracks, with accents of curly gift wrap ribbon. I wound the tracks around, hand sewing (like making a coil basket), then sewed a piece of blue felt on, to cover the weft area. I glued it to my head using wig/extension adhesive.

Anyhoo...I hope this covers it! Hit me up with questions! I have several other costumes that will be posted soon!

Why is it drag queen's are the most innovative people. I love when they stay at our hotel, but as much as I love it at the end of the week the drama gives me a headache. Your awesome with the tarp and the ya-ya's made out of food cover things! Rock n' roll!

I really like the use of the tarp -- I've always liked the uniqueness of that material. How hard was it to sew with it?
