Recycled Patchwork Rainbow SHEET HOODIE!!!

Hi yall, It's me. So ever since the SodaFine episode of threadbanger where at the end they showed the guy who made a hoodie from some old rainbow sheets, i was inspired to try my hand at pullovers. I mean i normally do zip-ups right, so i wanted to try a pullover. And Ha, i found those same rainbow sheets at a thrift store for $1.98 ( including 2 pillowcases). And i was so anxious to make it i just had to start. But the dilemma was i couldn't find anything to line it with. So i decided to quilt ALL of my fleeces scraps together. Umm NOT FUN!.So now im starting to ramble so heres some pics.

The pattern really reminds me of the really hideous jogging suits of the 80's or 90's. Oh and this entire hoodie cost 3.25. Hot Damn!

Ok, yeah i know im a loser. But what do you think of the hoodie? I think it's one of my better ones. I love the zipper. Heres my budget: Sheets $1.98, lining= free( scraps), cuffs=$1, zipper=25 cents. I'm so stoked. I cant wait to wear it on the plane next week when i fly to NEBRASKA!!!!! It's so warm , which is why im wearing it on th plane, cause airplanes are ALWAYS COLD.
