Hi all, just updating a previous post. I made a costume for my brother in law, he was Freddy Mercury at his 21st birthday party:

The theme was 'Rock Stars' & I decided to make my 1 year old son a mini Freddy costume to match my brother in law as a surprise on the night (he loved it).

I also made my partner's and my costumes (I was Deborah Harry & he was Angus from ACDC)- I thought his came out great, but not sure that I looked at all like her!!

and lastly, I was fascinated by everyone posting their shrinky dinks. I had never seen them in Australia but I finally found them on ebay. So I've been shrinking my little heart out ever since:

Freddie was, IMHO, the best vocalist of his time. Underappreciated, sadly. My sister had their Sheer Heart Attack album..the...um uncensured one :-P

I always wondered how you got women to sign up for stuff like that!
