I really liked the apron Meg was wearing on the last decor it yourself show, the one about the kitchen so i wanted to make one and i think it looks some what similar because it has the 2 layers of lace trim and a lacy heart shaped pocket. plus it's made out of orange organza, mine is lined with two layers so it's not really see throughish but it's the same deal, what do you think?

it's hard not to get inspired by everything threadbanger. I want to make nearly everything I see. I can def see the resemblance. I noticed Meg's apron too!

Aprons in stores are either ridiculously boring or when you find a cute one it costs some crazy $40 dollars or way more. I think I'm going to make myself one too, especially since I'm teaching myself to cook this summer.
