I know this episode was a long time ago but I have the opportunity only now to make one for myself.

So here is my brimmed beanie (which turned out to be more like a baseball hat or something lol :D) Made from an old T-shirt (the pattern was originally there on the T-shirt) and the brim made from 4 layers of plastic from a plastic file folder sticked together (I think it will last longer and I can put it into the washing machine).
