Anyone make one or trying to make all of Megan's 108 patterns? Add your own creative twist? Posted them already in another thread? Link here.
I would LOVE to see them all :)

I love how your bag turned out, so bright. Oh, and if I can get my camera to work I'll post some pictures of the things I made from the book.

That's one of the shirts, it has the bandeau thing under it though...

One of my gloves... yeah, I dunno why it's bright blue.

And my orange t-skirt...

The pictures aren't that great but I took them quick... there's more, but I'm lazy right now :P

KrystalKairi --so glad you had time to add the pics. My favorite color is blue, so I like the glove. It complements the blue lettering on the shirt really well, too :)

Thanks :) I like the blue as well, otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it that colour :P

The side lace shirt but with sleeves still....

The second picture is pretty bad 'cause I had to take it with my left hand. Just made those last night with my initials on them.

Any tricks to the lacing that you found to make it easier? I have a shirt just waiting to be cut and laced. Love the wristbands, too :)

The lacing was actually pretty easy by itself, but you can always wrap the ends of your t-shirt scrap/string in tape to thread it through. Yeah, I love the laced shirts, I ended up making one laced at the back as well. Thanks :)

This isn't a project from Generation T, but I got inspired to make a jumper skirt after being a bit nostalgic while thumbing through the book. I used to have these when I was little.

Before - I used one large black t shirt.

After - this is the finished product...with a fitted white t shirt of course :)

It was quite easy to make and oh so comfortable! I can't wait to make more of these!

I love that so much! I've always wanted to know how to make one out of just a big T-shirt but never really understood the process.. Ever thought about doing a tutorial?

Love love love it ^_^

Well, I need to do another one, because I didn't have enough t shirt left to make two whole pieces for straps. After some improvising, I came out with some halfway decent straps using what was left of the shirt. I used a large t shirt, but next time I will use an XL tee and I will post a tutorial for it. :D

I bought that book because I was involved with a fashion show. I did the half-and-half and replaced the sleaves with this silky fabric patterned with japanese women with cherry blossoms and the such. When I was finished it was like a dirt poor kimono almost because I didn't bother to measure the sleaves so they went out big and long.

Is there anything in that book guy friendly?

KrystalKairi

There are probably more girl designs in the book than guy designs but there are a few shirts aimed toward guys and most of the extra projects are basically for either.

I had the same problem...unfortunately for us women get the long end of the stick when it comes to fashion...Guy like us will just have to exercise our creativity :D

that looks so cute!! I have a pair of suspenders that I acquired from who knows where, and I think they look cute, but if you wear them with pants they just pull the pants up too high or cause wedgies! and with a skirt, well, that just doesn't work, and I have never found anything that I could incorporate that look with... but that jumper skirt is adorable! I love it!

Hello! I thought I'd add one of mine. It's the striped shirt called "Strip Search" project 35.

http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc149/zombied_dyi/100_1250.jpg

I like the shirt and will wear it, but it bunches funny on one side. Looking closely at the picture in the book, it bunches funny even there. The bugs bunny skirt is just a straight, drawstring skirt that I made from an XXL tee.

I'm working on making the rug out of scraps from the book, but it's really taking forever since I haven't had much time to dedicate to it lately. @___@ I didn't really have any of my own scraps either so I just went to Value Village and bought some shirts for $2 each - they're nice and colourful. :D

Thanks! And every one of my friends want my bugs bunny skirt. No way Jose!

I'm sick today so I made a simple shirt from Generation-T for one of my cousins. She requested the style. Not my taste, but very simple to make.

I turned this:

Into this:

Thank you Generation-T!
