My first post: Dress

I´ve been watching the forum for a while now and I think it´s time to show one of my own projects. It´s a dress I have made for a fashion show at my school:) It´s my own design and i´ve made the patterns myself^^

The show hasn´t happened yet^^ It´s in may.

Everyone choosed 2 of 5 different cities and designed their own outfits according to how they think the fashion will look like in the year 2080 (My dress is Paris) We make everything ourselves:)

I will try to post some pictures after the fashion show :p

I think that's a really neat kind of fashion show! The one at my school was all brand name stores (Boathouse, G.A.P., West 49 etc. ), with mine being the one exception. Apparently 5 years back (before I was in highschool) one girl created a line that was asian-inspired, and two guys created a line (but basically they just took already made clothes and put their logos on them :S ). But I only found out about these a week after the show!
I thought I was being original ;) oh well <3

It's nice that you've recieved some advance notice too.
The organizers for ours weren't always that organzied - so I only found out that I was for sure in about two weeks before the show - -;

Are you modeling it too then?

Yup, I´m modelling it ^_^(i hope I don´t fall off the runway:o)
