guys i just got a machine from my gpa and its the old metal sears kind!!! metal !!! its the best!!! o and the pics dont show up i have fire fox and the latest java and flash, wat else cuold i do

Congrats on the machine!

If you still can't see pictures, then maybe it has something to do with parental controls or some sort of proxy server? I'm stumped.

uh nevermind. I'm not that experienced with system networking anyway. Maybe someone else can help you.

It might help you you post a page where some of the pics dont show up and then describe where those pics are on the page.

like none of the pics on any of the pages (besides avatars) theres just a blank space were the pics should be

Did you upload them to a picture site first? Like flickr, photobucket, and so on?

Does the image file say .jpg on the end?

When you posted the picture , did you accidentally leave the extra "http:\\" in front of the tag? I totally did that the first couple of times I tried to post pics here. The little window that pops up puts "http:\\" there automatically, and when there's "http:\\http:\\" it goofs up and won't put up your pic. I hope that part makes sense!

And CONGRATS! Some of those old-skool Sears machines are total workhorses. Once you're up and running I think you'll be amazed at how great a machine it is.

I know that sometimes hit has to do with the type of file.
I used to not be able to see this one file because I didn't have a program
But I have no clue what's happened to you.
