I'm more of a punk rock type girl. normally id try to get my mom to take it back but she says i need a new jacket, and ill admit shes right, mine rides up my back when I'm on my bike.
anyone have an idea of how i can make it cool?

maybe some spray paint and stencils? I'm not sure. But it definitely could use some skulls, hearts, rainbows... anything.

...it looks like a really nice jacket, but I do understand that it's not your style. I don't know that you'd want to do anything too radical to a brand new jacket. I'd start with some appliqués or iron-ons. There's quite a selection at the fabric stores. Or you could create your own patches to sew on, like cutting out a picture from a t-shirt or creating your own and stitching it on.
Be careful with iron-ons - I'm sure that fabric will melt under an iron.

yeah maybe pick a test spot and do something tiny or find a similar fabric from an old jacket.
As for the chick...I was wondering what that was. It looked like plastic. But now I see that it's cuteness!

if it was mine i'd turn it inside out, sew and slim it alot. but I do it to all my cloths.

I'd say...
There's not really much you can do with it. Iron-Ons are out, depending on what temperature... But since the outer layer is basically plastic, I wouldn't be too hopeful.
And sewing on patches could lead to tears in the outer layer as well.
I'll never understand why they make jackets like that. So dull.
paint that adheres to nylon or polyester type fabric would be your best option, over stencils and the like. Maybe?

i started painting on it.
the iron on aplique wont work cos it requires to be ironed on both sides.
so paint it is.
