My cousin turns 8 tomorrow, actually its after midnight, so it would be today (saturday). I haven't sewn anything since October. My sewing machine just won't work right. SO I bought a new singer advance 7422 and tried it out tonight. Its so nice using a machine that works! :rolleyes: I used and old pair of jeans and a shirt made with cat material. I put a pocket on the front to hold her power cord, (so she will quit losing it) and I still need to put a button or snap on it to hold the flap closed. But I am very well pleased with how it turned out. Think I will make me one too, for mine. The cat is the pocket.

That is really nice. I'd just use velcro if you have any lying around. If not a snap would work great.

her big brother liked it more than she did. She is in to high school musical stuff right now and said it would have been better if I had put troy on it. LOL. I will make her brother one with something else on it. He is into manga and anime.

LOL.... no, you have that wrong. In the movie the cat says,"cats rule, dogs drool.....:-)
