With chalk draw a line from the bottom of the arm to the top of your shirt, then cut from the top to the bottom of the arm hole. ( make sure to keep the top casing intact you will need it. Then cut one inch off the bottom of your shirt.

cut a straight line on the back side of the shirt from the bottom of one arm hole to the other. Thread the 1 inch strip through the top casing making the halter part of the shirt.

cut one inch wide strips from the middle of the back up to the point where your sides will be. (keep in mind, number of strips will vary by the shirt you choose to use ^_^)

cut the back of your shirt up the middle.

Tie the strips together ( make sure you tie the right strips together or you might have to start over)

And voila you have a new kick ass halter. As soon as my camera is fixed i will put up pics of my shirt. ( I LOVE MINE, its an awesome him t-shirt) not only does it look cutte but its also a way to have a fitted shirt. Hope you guys enjoy.
