Valentine's day for my Boyfriend :)

I want to make something for my boyfriend for valentine's day but everything i find online looks like something I'd give to my best girl friends not my one and only. He doesn't really like sweet things except cheesecake but I made that for his birthday just 2 weeks ago! I really want to do something sweet for him but I have no idea.

Any suggestions for something fun, romantic, or sweet I could make for him?
