Sewing Machine Help!

Hey guys, I'm barely getting into making my own clothing and i was wondering what kind of sewing machine would best fit a neophyte?

I have a budget of 100-120$ please help.

yea thats how i am i got a singer and it does really well

Singer makes great machines and the bottom of the line model which is really simple is about 80-95 bucks. I got a more advanced one for christmas this year and I am totally in love with it. My old one (also a singer) is older than me and I will be 40 this year.
