but i have no ideas
so please help

and like brand name bags
and lip gloss
you know that kinda stuff

you could make a really simple bag then stencil and/or screen print all over it with her favorite bands names or logo, lip gloss, random quotes, lyrics, whatever she likes in her favorite colors.

ok make a bag and then put stuff* on it and then buy some inexpensive lipgloss and put in it.

stuff as in her name or just a big letter B
some pins you can make some from soda lids
some of her favorite bands names
or what ever you think she would like on it

and tada she has a custom made designer purse YAY

You mean like wash a lip-gloss tube and the brush out, and attach them?

No, just make a stencil in that shape. Attaching an actual tube and applicator might not last too well, and it'd add bulk to the piece.
