screenprinting on a polo...

I bought a polo shirt for my brother for his birthday. I would like to pimp it out, threadbanger-style, with some cool screenprinting across the pocket and side, etc... as well as adding some frays on the collar, pocket, sleeves, etc.

2 Questions:

* does anyone have a Web site that would have information on this type of stuff...

* are there any special things I need to consider as far as screenprinting on the heavier knit of the polo...

Do you have a silkscreen? Make magazine had a great video podcast a while back that did a detailed video on how to screen print. Personally, I'm pretty lazy, so I don't usually burn the image into the screen using the chemicals, I just cut out a stencil and use that.
