with letting.
currently i'm broke.. still.
and only have on hand household items to use for my stenciling.
i've been using legal printing paper or cardboard to make stencils.
and pasting the stencil on my tshirt to keep it in place. this is making it hard to do good lettering without using the typical stenciling font.

here are some pics, th font looks kind of sloppy, wondering if anyone had any good ideas of how i can make it neater.

i'm having the most problem with the center of the letters. like letters e, o , p, a.. and so on. hope you know what i'm talking about.
as most of you know, i'm not all that great with explaining myself...

Dont know how helpful this will be, but one way I've heard of lettering being done on the cheap is as a stamp.
Use a rubber glove and cut out the lettering from it, then glue them back to front onto a wooden block.
You can get the font perfect by tracing it onto the glove from a computer print out.
Hope that is at least vaguely useful!

lucyfa - That is a GREAT idea. I LOVE it? does it hold up pretty well?

ryanmoore - i kind of ruined the stencil, but i'm remaking it because my family wants some too, so once i remake it all, i'll definitely put it up for you. :) thanks for wanting it haha.

I'm new here, but I hope I can help (if it's not too late) >__<

have you tried adding the "connector" pieces to your letters? it really helps keep your design intact, and it keeps the hole in o's, a's, p's, etc.

hope the picture shows...
