ThreadBangers,

Cruise on over to:

http://wildginger.com/products/wildthings.htm

where you can download some free software that will draft patterns to the measurements you input. You can make a baseball hat, hat with a brim, beret, visor, assorted winter head warmer hats, apron, cape, wrap, and various totebags.

Yes, you will need to go buy a ream of paper, but if you print them out and tape together using the registration marks, the patterns will work for you.

Drat. I'm trying to remember this fashion designer one I saw awhile back.

Fitzpatterns has free downloads, but they're all girl patterns:

Joann.com also had free downloadable patterns but I don't see the link right now?? Shoot.

I'll keep lookin and post ones I find.

***Edit:

I forgot to thank oldsoul! Thanks very much, oldsoul!

YAY!!! I found it!

SHOWStudio has archives of their designer fashion patterns: Scroll down on the page:

I LOVE Yohji Yamamoto's Enigmatic pattern, but never attempted it. I know some people managed to figure it out and wound up with a cool cape.

Maybe I'd understand it now? I donno.
