the pants bag!!!

hello fellow diyers.... here is my first posted creation.
a messenger bag made completely out of pants!
i used a pair of old jeans, sweatpants, and some scraps from some other pants i shortened.
this is my first time ive posted images, so sorry if they look funny/ arent there.

I missed this one when it was posted - it's really cute! I like how you used the pockets on the jeans to make the pockets on the front of the bag. It also looks really comfy. Nice look.

Me like. The simple and graphic placing of different coloured denim pieces works well!

I like it! Did you use pinking shears? Or are some of the edges I see due to zig-zag stitching? Or, do I need to clean my glasses?

maluro: u might be able to make it out of one pair of jeans, but it depends on the size of them. i used about half a pair plus sweatpants for the inside and scraps for the front and back panels.
ladyjanewriter: some of the edges look kinda weird cuz the pics arent the best quality..... but clean ur glassses anyway. jk.

oh, and to all those who want to make a similer bag... make sure u are using a heavy needle. i didnt and ended up breaking 3 needles before finally using the one for denim.
