.. basically it is the "Colombian State Dish".. like their typical foods, (un plato típico)
(some of them i don't know english translation)

it had:
white rice/arroz blanco
chicharrón
red beans/frijoles coloradas (supestamente antioqueños)
an egg sunny side up/un huevo frito
*meat ,pork/carne
avocado/aguacate
plantain?? im not sure if that's what it's called/tajadas de plátano maduro!!! ¡yummi!
