View Full Version : My first outfit: Break the machine

Okay, I was surfing youtube last month and came across Threadheads. After watching basically every episode I found myself in a state of DIY madness. I started seeing shirt designs in my sleep and stuff. creepy.
Anyways, I have started redesigning all the teeshirts and stuff in my wardrobe (i did not realize how many plain gray teeshirts i have) my first outfit was themed machine so i made a spray paint shirt, using the slash tecnique from the show, and used an old cog as a stencil. then i microwaved a game disk and drilled holes in it to make a necklace. then i made my old iPod Nano into a necklace (yes, its real, it was already broken, and no, it dosen't work). I also stenciled arrows on my favorite pair of jeans, but i won't bother uploading a picture because they're not too impressive. I have some other shirts made, and im working on two new themes right now: black and white checkered and halloween.

huh, it probably isn't too good of an idea, but i only had it in for about seven seconds and made sure to air out the area. if you ever want to get rid of a microwave, take it outside and fry a few old cds. its like miniature fireworks!
