View Full Version : Hatter's Hat, backpack(s), and Sarubobo army in the making!!

I actually have a week off of school this week and I've barely done any projects DD: Shame on me!

First project is my Mad Hatter's hat <3 I really love how it came out. Though I made sure to add a pinch too much fabric to give it kind of a 'wave' or 'ruffle' effect going around:

Next is my 'backpack' I painted for school (I have so many books, a medium-sized suit case was perfect! haha):

AND last, but not least, my little Sarubobo army is growing! I'm only up to 13 right now, but I would be higher if I had more different styled fabrics that I didn't intend to keep whole D':

are you planning a whole costume of Hatter?

Sarubobo army? Im excited to see when you make 50! lol they are cute <3
The madd hatter hat is done supper well i love the fabric and the ribbion around.

Thank you~ it's actually some dark maroon lace fabric I had from an old, old project. I'm glad people seem to like it as I did ^^

Thank you~ I'm so happy I saved the fabric XD <3

Though I'm thinking of making another one.. not many seem to like this one like I do >.> Oh well, I want at least two for when I move out this Summer anyway.

Cool stuff! I really like the backpack you made. Did you use a template or base it off an existing backpack?

Thanks ^^ And I actually just drew a general backpack shape (for all the pieces) from memory. (I hope that's what you were asking exactly, haha)
