im super excited i just finished my jackie o costume! i made the dress and swing coat out of a basic cotton broadcloth (hey, this is only a costume after all..) using a vintage pattern i bought off ebay a while ago. it was my first time making a jacket and i think it came out ok! i didnt do a full lining though (again, costume.) the wig is what makes it tho- its an awesome wig from the seller wigelegance on ebay. im so excited to rock this out!

That jacket looks awesome. And I agree, the wig makes the whole look come together. Seriously, the jacket is great.

OMG! Stay away from Dallas in that outfit! Seriously, it looks great. I love the signature pill box hat too.

Wonderful! Very well done. And if you ever get into the Venture Bros. cartoon, you can reuse the dress for a Dr. Girlfriend costume, hehe.
