My first project

Hi! I'm kinda new to the forum, and i've been checking out the projects that some of you guys posted and they are really creative.

Anyway here's my little project. I glammed up this really dull messenger bag my dad got me. The added design is my own idea XD. I feel kinda proud, hope you like it!

So this is what i did, i used this old Christmas/ new year hat and removed the stitching, drew my design and traced it into the material.

The polka dotted ribbon was from a gift i got and the button is from those tiny sewing kits you get in hotels :P
