Assymetrical Scrunched "Happy Feet" Shirt

I saw this lady at the grocery store wearing this interesting assymetrical shirt and felt that I had to have one! I turned another Goodwill find, my Happy Feet t-shirt, into it.

I like it as is, but I'm feeling something on the right shoulders, perhaps straps like the Gen-T project 34 "punk'd".

Aww that top is so sweet. I adore that blue colour. I think I would probably add an extra string sleeve for the left arm. I don't really like the top of my arms that much
