I just made stiff peaked whipped cream....with a wire balloon whisk and my arms....my fore arms are ON FIRE now....

also on the menu tonight is home made chocolate pound cake (made with same whisk)
and what I like to call "Hawaiian chicken" (chicken thigh meat de boned/skinned and cut up with pineapple chunks..sliced red/green/yellow bell peppers...red onion and seasoned with garlic..salt/pepper and Chinese 5 spice blend) over rice...mmmm....I love cooking again...now if only I had a mixer and my immersion blender
I think I've burned enough calories that the cake doesn't count right?

it's really fun! i just bought my man the UFC game. it was all of my tips from this week!



so yesterday i decided i wanted to take a corset making class, but i was having trouble finding classes that taught it. i found out that there was a place in LA called farthingales that did, but their website said that they didn't offer classes anymore. in San Fran there is a costume making school that offers it, but not until next june.... so i was starting to get discouraged :( but i kept looking!

then, on some obscure google page i found a link to a lady that teaches a class here in Sacramento!! i was so excited! so i emailed her and she is going to have another workshop really soon! im really excited about it!

Well I got a shoebox and put some shavings in it and a toilet paper roll (cause she loved them) and put the little cream cheese contaiiner house I made for her over her and taped up the box wrote RIP Sweetpea on the top, taped the box and put it in a plastic bag... then I had to put her in the dumpster because I live in an apartment building with no shovel :(.... but I did whatt I could with what I had.
