I don't know about Monster, but RedBull works as long as it's not mixed with vodka (I sleep very well after having a few V-RB). i've been dancing on pointe for a number of years, but for one of my classes this year, my teacher(s) want to use mock (soft box) pointe shoes instead of flat shoes~ so instead of buying a pair of those AND a pair of new pointe shoes because my current ones are a little too broken to dance in, i want to strip the shanks off the dead ones and just buy a pair of new pointe shoes.

i know people do it, but i don't know how~~~ any tips? if not, i'll just google it XD

hahah perfect. There is a filipino/spanish dish called CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO that's a sorta chicken ginger rice porridge that cures all colds. MMM... my favorite. So easy to make too!!!

If you don't have fish sauce you can use soysauce, just not too much! Also if you want more flavor you can replace the water with chicken stock.

CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO (CHICKEN RICE SOUP)

Serving Size : 6
Categories : Soups/stews Chicken

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-----YIELD: 8 SERVINGS-----
1 1/2 lb Chicken, cut into serving
-pieces
1 ea Tb vegetable oil
2 ea -3 garlic cloves -- minced
1 md Onion -- finely sliced
1 t Fresh ginger -- finely sliced
1 c Rice grains
5 ea -7 cups water
2 ea Tb fish sauce (patis)
5 ea Stalks green onion -- finely
-sliced for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large non-stick soup pot over medium heat, saute
garlic in oil until lightly brown. Add ginger and
onion, stir for a minute. Add chicken pieces and fish
saue and cook for another 3 minutes. Add rice, water
and a little salt and pepper. Cover and simmer in
medium low heat for about 40 minutes or until the
consistency of a light ceamed soup has been reached.
Stir occasionally while cooking. Correct seasonings
to taste. Stir in a small amount of sliced green
onions. If rice soup becomes too thick, add a little
water to thin it a bit. Garnish individual bowl
servings with sliced green onions just before
servings. Tips: If you prefer, sprinkle a little lemon
juice on the soup servings. This will give a pleasant
tartness to the dish. Serves 6 to 8.

If you don't have fish sauce you can use soysauce, just not too much! Also if you want more flavor you can replace the water with chicken stock.

CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO (CHICKEN RICE SOUP)

1 1/2 lb Chicken, cut into serving
-pieces
1 ea Tb vegetable oil
2 ea -3 garlic cloves -- minced
1 md Onion -- finely sliced
1 t Fresh ginger -- finely sliced
1 c Rice grains
5 ea -7 cups water
2 ea Tb fish sauce (patis)
5 ea Stalks green onion -- finely
-sliced for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large non-stick soup pot over medium heat, saute
garlic in oil until lightly brown. Add ginger and
onion, stir for a minute. Add chicken pieces and fish
saue and cook for another 3 minutes. Add rice, water
and a little salt and pepper. Cover and simmer in
medium low heat for about 40 minutes or until the
consistency of a light ceamed soup has been reached.
Stir occasionally while cooking. Correct seasonings
to taste. Stir in a small amount of sliced green
onions. If rice soup becomes too thick, add a little
water to thin it a bit. Garnish individual bowl
servings with sliced green onions just before
servings. Tips: If you prefer, sprinkle a little lemon
juice on the soup servings. This will give a pleasant
tartness to the dish. Serves 6 to 8.

I have no idea what I'm going to use it for, but I have some ideas.

I had this weird thing where I kept getting dizzy and falling over and the room would spin and I wouldn't know which way was up which freaked me out because I'd just had a baby and I didn't want to pick him up or drive anywhere but it just turned out to be vertigo. I was dehydrated because I was nursing and apparently this caused it. I was told to drink a lot of fluids which I did but it didn't help so much. Eventually it went away on its own. REALLY freaky, though. Before I went to the doctor I thought I had a brain tumor or something.

Another Random thought... some homeless guys playing a harmanica at the gas station today said thank you to me for defending this country... I think It's because of the thrift store camo pants I was wearing. I really tried not to laugh... so I just nodded to him in thanks.

I DON'T support the war in Iraq, It was the stupidest manipulative decision that this country has made in the longest time. I just like to wear the pants cuz it makes my bootie look good, lol.
