I don't think that I've seen a school thread on here yet.
So is there a teacher you hate? How was your first day? Do you have any homework to do that you're procrastinating from? If it's about school post it here. :)

Well my first day of high school was on Wednessday.
It was pretty awesome! I made my own jewlery....

They were strawberry though, I made a different pair to match my nails. =)

and I got compliments from like 15 people(including my Dean)! And when they found out that I made them myself they were like OMG you actually made them!!

Yes, I am procrastinating on the 2 books I have to read
Plus the two paragraph-responses per chapter
Giving me 2 weeks to do over 150 paragraphs

welll i do not start until the 1st...

Im really excited to go back this year... cant wait actually...

Only im still stuck in a uniform so i quess i will have to express myself in shoes, and on casual days (days once a month where you can wear normal clothes except for clothes for the opposite sex (wtf i kno.), sleeveless shirts, no hoods up..., no hats, and no spandex (because i wanted sooo badly to wear some spandex to school xD)

On the bright side I have a pair of fake vans (white slip ons) and every day i am going to sharpie a picture on or have someone write their name, or something... i am sure they will be quite cool by the end of the year...

and sadly I could not make poptart earings for my ears are not pierced, and even tho i could always get then pierced, i do not think poptart earrings will look very good on a quy :p

I started on the 20th this month... My Psychology class wasn't too bad. English was kinda boring, and in Math, I had the misfortune of having someone gross sit next to me... All in all, not a day that was TOO terrible... but on my way home, the back end of the passenger side of my car got hit by someone who was speeding through an intersection. =/ My car is very angry.

i start this tuesday. im super excited for choir this year, im in the big choir with a bunch of my junior friends! our choir director is crazy, but in a good way :D

i got my schedule this week and i got some great teachers. including one history teacher who doesn't use the textbook!!! how cool is that.

I start the 8th, and I JUST got my schedule. I'm pulling double Theater and Eng. Leadership this year... woo!

My history teacher this year is legend - he's the only teacher in the school that has a full two month long unit on Religion that includes a field trip to a Mosque, and a Buddhist temple. :D I'm so excited.

UGH! Don't get me started..two weeks in and the drama has already begun...one friend is upset about her ex of like 3 days (3rd time dating him) and likes like 5 other guys including the guy I like AND the guy my friend is dating....one friend is bein a total b*tch, another assumes im gonna ask her what was wrong because I said hi in an overly happy voice then wonders why I ignored her.
my math teacher cant teach worth the crap, my history teacher is looney mooney (seriously), my english teacher gave us a project due the 27th and doesnt even let us take home the project sheets, my science teacher hates me cus my sister pissed her off
so yeah....i mean looney mooney aint that bad its just the fact he deviates from EVERYTHING. First he's talking about Muslims then onto how he represtented Alabama in this thing. Then goes to talk about how Obama wrote a book with the quote sayin somethin bout Christians and Muslims and taking the mUslims side if there was a war.
GEEZ! ...sorry, didnt mean to write a novel

my school is trying to reject my 504 accommodations. (I'm on the autism spectrum and use crutches) so i might end up just getting my GED. last year i missed half a quarter because I was out the ability to communicate for about 90 percent of the day. as LilMiss.JackieKay says "looney mooney"

School for me starts September 8th.
Grade 11 here I come.
My first semester I have: English (University prep), Math (university Prep), Media Studies, Photography
Second semester I have: all morning Co-op (hopefully at a local college radio station, fingers crossed threadheads!), Intro to Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology, and then Biology (university prep).

I need to re-arrange my timetable though, I need to have Communications (its only offered in grades 10 and 11) and I really didn't want to take biology (I thought I would have to take it to study Psychology at most Universities, turns out, you don't have to! YAY,)

i like my schedule, mondays and fridays i only have one class. tues and thurs i get to chill on campus all day and come home late, thus getting out of my chauffeuring duties for the day. and i only have two classes each day tue-thurs. woot.

I started at the uni today. I've been taking all of my English, math, history, etc. at a tech school, but this is the first semester of core classes at an actual university. I'm taking International Sourcing, Computer Aided Tech Design, Fabric Formation and Design, and Medieval History.

I had history, sourcing, and formation today. History was ok, but the other two apparel/textiles classes were back to back with pretty much the same people in it. About 80% of them are former cheerleaders. Not that it's a bad thing, but all they could talk about was where they were buying their designer clothes, how hard they partied on the weekend, and how they were going to start their own line and "be rich." It was like listening to a flock of chickens.

Finally started college (Remington for Medical Coding and Billing) 2 days ago and I love it so far! Sadly, we have uniforms DDD: Green polos with Remington's logo and khaki bottoms. Bleh. I was hoping to wear what I wanted! DIY to the max! But nothing but accessories and a 'pimped' out binder.. which I still need to work on, haha.

Yeah, I know. I'm so jealous of them.
I go to Jewish school so we have both secular and bible studies. (AKA double curriculum)
I have 10 classes a day. All together I have 15 or so subjects. (We don't have every class every day)

I used to babsit a little boy whose mother told him ( I think it was so that he wouldn't be so worried) that when people got swine flu they turned into piglets.

I've got my fingers crossed that its just a cold.

It's not private, they just want everyone in uniform, sadly. *le sigh* It sucks so bad! At least the people in Medical Assistant and PT can wear different scrubs T^T I don't even think I'm allowed to add detail to the khaki bottoms.

yeah, it's hard to get any kind of job without some kind of certification or years of higher education these days. so many adults i know need to go back to school. my mom's twin recently started doing online courses too, as well as another of their sisters.

School is soo much better this year.

But wow are we doing a lot. I'm still getting used to 5 classes a day, its a ton more than 4. It really makes a difference.

I'll be going into College this year. Technically first day of classes is the 10th but first day of doing stuff will be the 6th.
The 6th is the move in day for the dorms, 7th is some sort of meet people fun activity day, 8th is registration and ID pictures and stuff, and then the 9th is orientation day.

So school right now is ok because it's all prep stuff. I've got to pack up all my stuff, work my last few shifts of my job, and then somehow attend all the "lets hang out one last time before you go away" things that different groups of my friends are planning.

I was going to make the last night unavailable for any of them and just spend it with my bf but it'll be the only time I'll be able to hang out with all of my coworkers before leaving..
