help i need ideas

i've just gone through all my clothes finding all the tops i no longer wear because they are too small for me i then went through those and found the ones that i love because of the designs on them.

the point of this post is to ask you all for help. I need ideas with what to do with them. some are complete t shirts others are just the bits that have the picture on it hoping to get some pics of them to help.

any ideas? :D

hey - i guess as your shirts are too small you'll have to add some extra fabric to the sides or something, but i kinda like doing this:

my husband gave me a load of his old shirts and i've been using sweatshirt sleeves/neck holes (from thrift stores/rummage sales as you can use male or female shirts) to make them into hybrid clothes - about to make another with sort of 3/4 length sleeves and more of a tunic length. anyway it's fun to experiment with! good luck! :)

If the designs are just in one big splotch (like a band logo), you could try cutting that part out and using it as a patch/putting it on a bag/using it as a quilt patch if you're making a quilt. Or you could make a little cloth purse.

But if they're just patterns, just use them as fabrics... make a belt! Make straps for a strapless dress/tube top! Make sleeves! Make hoods! Go insane!

Just throwing out some ideas, whatever came to mind : )
