60's mod outfit

I want to create a genuine 60's mod look (Not them stereotypical 60's halloween costume jump offs!!!) I have no idea what to do (with limited money!!!!) Should i do vintage and take it in? Should I make it from scratch? I've got like two weeks so...plz any suggestions would be nice

60's, let's see....gogo boots, mini skirts and dresses, furry vests, turtlenecks, tweed, geometric patterns, seamless tights, vinyl.....

I love vintage, so I go to my fav thrift store, buy something oldie and make something new out of it, something modern but with a vintage look...Anyway, Something will come up to you.
