ok here's my first tutorial. i apologize in advance if you get confused.i don't think i'm a very good teacher. just ask me and i'll try to help you out as best i can.

DIY project: halter sweetheart top

Supplies:
2 shirts, scissors, ruler, a button, safety pin and/or regular pins, a fabric pen/pencil or anything to mark with, sewing machine, extra needle and thread for hand sewing the button and straps

**sew the bottom shirt to the top one and then turn the shirt right side out.

**take the safety pin out after you sew it.

I think you did a really great job at the tute, and I like it because it involves smaller tees. I always see these great tutes for xl tees, and my boyfriend is going to start noticing his tees are missing....

I have loads of shirts that are a "bit too short" too.

i used the material i cut off after i fit and sewed the shirt and then i cut that in half. [the 3rd and 4th pictures]

I like the button idea, it's a cute detail. However I think it doesn't exactly fit right in the chest area. Maybe gather material from the bottom part or pin the twist lower? Good concept!
