An introduction and some past projects - leather, crochet, patchwork and more

Hello. My (internet) name is Bohemia and my friends call me Boz or B for short. I'm an art student in the north east of England studying applied arts (jewellery, textiles and ceramics) at university (I guess you probably call it college over there).

In my spare time away from college and when i'm not being crafty I like to play table top role playing games, as well as LARP and I spend some time on my blog too (but not as much as i should!)

I've been watching threadbangers for ages now but have only just found the courage to properly post in the forums. Hoping to make some friends and find more inspiration and help to spread the DIY style message around a bit.

A leather sketchbook. The paper is left over from an old sketchbook, i had to cut it neat to size myself and the leather left over from other projects.

Miss Octomopus. The pattern was one i found online, as was the hair clip idea. The little white bow is actually attached to a hair clip and stuck in between the wool. I managed to sell her too :D

I used to love collecting the white pebbles on the beach and pretending they were pearls or crystals when i was really little. Thats where the inspiration came from really.

It's all freestyle crochet except the Octomopus. I hate working to a pattern. Its basically just loops. Just keep trying :D And thanks
