Fancy Apron

I'm making an apron for my mom, and this is how it is coming out so far... (And please excuse my messy room.)

It's obviously a work in progress... I probably would have had it done sooner, but I ran out of white thread. How is it coming out so far?

I'm going to have straps on the top to tie and keep it in place. Also, I will have pockets in the middle.
