ipod HELP?

Helluu.
So, i upgraded my ipod today =D
but im having a problem!!! when i connect my ipod via usb my computer says it can not detect the device. but my ipod says its connected, and charges.

its a 4th Gen nano, 16 gb

anyone a whiz at this stuff?
i can usually figure these things out on my own, but im just stuck now.

Check the Apple support site, they have some good documentation for that sort of stuff.

Are you able to sync it in iTunes? Or does it just not register it at all?

Try updating iTunes if you don't have the latest version.
