Really Pissed

My computer just deleted half of my paper. I mean it was just a couple of paragraphs, but Im really annoyed anyone know how to recover text that was lost?:confused:

Oh man, I hate when that happens. It sucks when you're on the seventh page of a research paper, and everything just shuts down and vanishes. I'm actually in the middle of writing an essay right now. I don't know how to recover something once its lost, but I have gotten into the habit of pressing command+s (ctrl+s for PCs) after -almost- every sentence.
