my cinched waist cardigan/hoodie

I'm currently making this combination of a hoodie, cardigan, with a fitted waist. It doesn't have the hood on it yet but I'm making progress. It's only day two. so let me know what you think. when it's done it will have a black zipper and my husband gave me a brass knuckles patch that is back and white to put on it.
