i go to school for fashion (working for the enemy, and trust me, this place IS the enemy) possibly the only cool things we get to do are styling shoots.
this first one was a hollywood diva themed one that i just couldn't find anything i liked for, so i ran to value village (we all know it's a place you run/skip giddily too) i found a rather unfortunate pink dress, the bottom was cut on the bias and reminded me of a figure skating costume. after spending about a week handsewing sequin tape onto the bottom i discovered that that just made it look MORE like a skate costume.
fab.
so instead i grabbed some scrap purple fabric and made a divine lil tunic

this second one was where i was allowed to do whatever i wanted. i picked a kind of wicked theme, based off the fab green umbrella. i made the hat and skirt :)

and a better one of the skirt, sorry about the sidewaysness (unless it didn't load sideways, then yay!)

i think i need to lower the hem by like an inch before i sell it... or maybe not, i mean, how many girls are 5'10"?!
thanks for reading my life story in picture commentaries :)
