For me halloween is a near year round thing. I love dressing up in weird and odd outfits and I decided to make a bolero ( I think that's what this is, lol)
that had some creep factor to it.

It's half done right now but my skirt project is calling to me. lol

Nice job so far...have u thought about using some elastic to make the bottom band gathered?
I recognize the fabric from Jo anns...I was thinking about making a dress out of it when it went on clearance after halloween...but there wasn't enuf left by then...so I picked the black with the pink-lace-spiders:p

I thought about having it bunch more, but frankly at this point of the project I just feel like I can't be arsed to really focus anymore on the bottom.
