Awesome shoes, they look very old-school, you should also use some pastel shoe laces as well.

Love the colors on the shoes! I'm hoping I can find a pair of white Air Force One's now. :)
I'm really (REALLY) new to the DIY scene, so I'm curious, what do you use to paint the shoes with? I really want to try this out. :)

of course, they are always in the need for donations :P just make sure the store accepts them or drop them off at a collection site.

Really nice job on the shoes. If you wanna go full effect, put some Crackel paint on them for the vintage-y feel, But I wwould totally wear them as they are.

she said she used fabric markers and fabric paint.

instead of using the fabric paint, is the use of acrylic spray paint not a good choice for the shoes? i already have some in the colors i need, thats why :/

great job on the shoes! i love them!
anyone know how to "correct" shoes.
I have an awesome pair that iused to wear when i worked at a restaurant. they're skateshoes. but the kind of bowed upwards and makes it awkward looking when i wear them.

omg me too.... damn skate shoes curling from working in restaurants.. *GRR*
any ideas anyone? I tried turning then upside down on leaving a heavy book on the sole but that didn't have much of an effect.

nice job!
they look brand new!
and i say you get white shoelaces and then design them with the extra paint!
idk if that would look good or not!

WOW i didnt no that u guys liked the kicks
here answers on some of the ??'s ::
Ok guys I have used all types of paint on shoes but the way to go is fabric paint on any type of shoe. It stays well and does not chip and if it does chip it takes a while.
you can also use spray paint on the shoes too.
but the only time i have was when i sprayed down my whole shoe white as a base color, [[a fresh start]] and then put the other colors that i wanted on the sho like normal.
u can but spray fabric paint also works well.
