I made this bag about 3 weeks ago for a friend who needed a bag for when she left to go far away for school.. :( so ya i bought the tote bag (dont have a sewing machine) and i used fabric spray paint and stencils

Wow, excellent color scheme! I really like the way that there are the white speckle stars amidst the large 5 pointed ones.

Just to say that the blue star on the back is actually the inside of that pocket. I just cut out the star and hand sewed the corners so it wouldn't flip out. I'm a huge fan of yellow when it's not Simpson's yellow :) Plus, these were quilters squares that were on sale at a local craft store for really cheap. I like stars, so why not :) The yellow fabric has little white stars on them too.

Oh by the way, my husband made fun of me because he thinks my purse looks like a saggy butt haha
