Now that I've gots me a job, i can buy all the material my heart desires without my mom over my shoulder giving "iffy" comments!!!

watch out world, cause a crazed sower with a walmart down the street is on her way to ruling the world!

uh...why not try to find a sewing shop instead of walmart? they have better fabric and more experience you can take advantage of at independently owned shops.

I'm glad the job is working out. What's your job?

Don't get too attached to the fabric section in WalMart most of the stores seem to be fazing them out. It sux too since the nearest joanne's is 40 minutes away from me. We do have a quilting shop near where I work but it never has what i want and they are pricey

i work at ice berry ^.^ i sell yogurt wooooo =| lol

yeah i know though, i go to joannes whenever my mom feels like driving me YES almost 40 minutes away. im right there with you

Chyea. Your not lying. I was walking past the walmart fabric section and glanced over, all I saw was the same tacky fleece that has been on the racks for months. When I looked even harder, all I could find even remotely usely was some black and red canvas. In their defence they still had a vast amount of yarn. Though I don't know what it would be like compared to a craft's store yarn collection, because I've never been in a craft store.:eek: I know!
