Soo I need a little help...

I made this necklace I wanna put into the projects section.. problem: I can't re-size my pic, no matter what I try I can't get it to work! anybody know how I am supposed to do this? thanks! -kenzie

sometimes I go into paint and then I stretch and skew it to make it smaller then you can save it to your pc as a smaller pic. OR I upload it to photobucket which then allows me to choose from medium or small.
