So the hat turned out kind of small, but I was intending on making a few hats for some cool kids that I know, so it will still be useful:rolleyes:. If worse comes to worse I will just have to sew on a brim or whatever it's called.
I still had to put it on for a pic to get the whole effect. Ignore the size issue and the weird face :D

I was inspired by another hat I found while surfing google images.

cuteness!

And here are some hemp necklaces I made over the past few months. Again I was inspired by other patterns for a couple of them.

Thanks guys:D

It's pretty simple really, it's just slightly time consuming.

You need a lot of string, and 4 pieces. I started with your regular hemp square knot for about 3 inches. The two on the outside are left until the end. With the two in the middle you put them through opposing sides of the big bead and then put a small bead on either string coming out each end. Then you contiue with that until you have a desired length. Before finishing with the square knot you criss cross the leftover string around the beads and then join it at the end with your square knot.

I am so confusing but maybe I can post a picture tut or video tut :)

I know what you mean! I want to be able to make everything and anything. There's a lot of things I won't buy now cause I would rather try to make it instead hahaha.

They are all good, but I love that second necklace. I like how you have more bead than hemp since it's usually the other way around. I like how you used the doughnut shaped beads in the other necklaces too, and the kitty is soo cute!
