pants alteration tutorial (easy)

ok it STILL won't let me post in the tutorial section. is there a rule or something. maybe you have to be a member for a certain amount of time or post a certain amount of times before you can post a tutorial? anyways sorry it is in the wrong section. I tried :)

Hi, AprilDraven! Jelfish is the mod of the tutorials board, maybe he has some idea what isn't working. You could PM him and ask him to move this thread and give you some tips.
