Though I didn't originally make this for Halloween it is doubling as my costume this year since I'm going to a historical costume party.

It is all hand sew and is worn over a period correct shift, corset and petticoat.

The photos were taken by my father at a local estate.

Aw!
I love this!
You look amazing!
I've been dying to
get enough fabric to
make a costume like this
for a long time.
Goodthing you beat me
to it. [Hehe]
And extra kudos for
handsewing all of it!
[Oh and having such
an amazing background.
That estate is gorgeous.]

Now all you need is a Darcy to go with it. <3

Tell me about it! I almost titled this "searching for mr. Darcy"

I've started to learn English country dancing too you know, to go with the dress.
